Squarespace website for an astrologer
The brief
Jennifer is an astrologer targeting high income business owners and entrepreneurs. She wanted her website to have an elevated look to reflect her professionalism and set her apart from new-agey practitioners. We selected an elegant colour palette of navy and gold, with light grey accents and lots of white space. The logo is a simple wordmark, and the planet icon throughout the site adds a playful nod to astrology. The feel is serene without being vague, celestial without being kitsch, a careful balance that reflects the kind of practitioner Jennifer is: rigorous, intuitive, and genuinely useful. The FAQ page does quiet but important work, pre-empting the hesitation of first-time clients who may never have considered astrology before. Testimonials are given serious space and are specific, helping to build the kind of credibility that generic five-star reviews never could.
